Maintaining optimal temperatures in dynamic conditions is critical to the efficiency and effectiveness of batteries, motors, and inverters. The coolant valve has evolved from simple on/off to complex multi-port components, required to perform at extremes.

Ensure CV™ is a purpose-built test system with a scalable/variable number of flow measurement and control circuits (to match the number of ways or ports of the valve).

The system was designed to characterize and benchmark new electronic coolant valve prototypes and validate ones at the end of the production line (internal leak with coolant, external leak with air, air-to-coolant correlation).
